Job purpose
Product Manager is the principal owner of the assigned hardware product SKU(s) and manages its overall life cycle and subsequent iterations. This encompasses rationalizing the feature sets and functional interactions on both the software and hardware in the ecosystem. It is the manager’s task to ensure the domain of igloocompany products meet the designed, technical and behavioral specifications as defined with the Head of Product. Job purpose
Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) is the technical glue of a technical sale. Sometimes called ‘systems engineers,’ ‘pre-sales support,’ or ‘field consultants,’ TSE acts as the sales team’s technical encyclopedia during the sale, representing the technical aspects of how the product solves specific customer problems. TSE performs technical presentations for the product and own the demonstration script for the product. With adequate staffing of trained TSEs, Product Management does NOT go on sales calls and customer demos.
We are searching for a detail-oriented, professional Technical Sales Engineer to join our company. The Sales Engineer’s responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, networking with clients, expanding sales territories, attending seminars and trade exhibitions, conducting research, increasing your knowledge of technical products, and providing training to staff. You should be able to deliver excellent customer support and make appropriate suggestions for improvement.
To be successful as a Technical Sales Engineer, you should demonstrate great active listening skills, patience, and confidence. Outstanding candidates are self-starters with superb networking abilities, research skills, and a good eye for opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Memorizing technical products specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
- Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and easily articulating what problems it solves for our clients.
- Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations, carry out pre and post-sales customer support.
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
- Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Listening to customers’ needs and advising them on the best products or solution to buy.

Job Purpose
To implement sales strategy, BD activities and realize sales targets set by the Company for USA Region. Responsible for below 3 market vertical focusing on property access management of business partners operating in:
Logistics
- Logistics and transports;
- Warehouse and self-storage;
- Last mile deliveries.
Real Estate
- Short Term Rental (AirBnB, Bookign.com, Home & Away, OYO, etc), Shared Space & Living and Hospitality;
- Real estate sales & rentals (MLS agents), Realtors (Keller William, Campass, etc), New Prop players (Flip, Zillow, Kleard, etc);
- Property Management firms (CBRE, JLL, etc), Builders and Developers.
Infrastructure Access
- Telco towers and Data centers;
- Facilities Management in commercial, health, airport, government institutes, and industrial complexes;
- Utility companies (electricity, water and gas);
- Oil and gas producers and distributors.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and conduct business development meetings with prospective partners (operating in the respective market vertical;
- Promote the Company’s products/services under Iglooworks brand at events and tradeshows;
- Conduct outbound sales to acquire new leads;
- Actively follow up on leads to convert into sales at pricing guidelines set by the Company;
- Engage in commercial and contractual negotiation with B2B partners;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners for recurring sales;
- Provide trustworthy feedback, after-sales support and manage reviews at timely level to raise brand rating of Iglooworks by enterprise end users and/or partners.
- Develop business development strategy focusing on increase sales and market share in the responsible B2B respective market vertical.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline based on annual targets;
- Prepare sales contracts adhering to local laws and regulations rules, and Company’s guidelines;
- Maintain updated records of partners’ billing and shipping details.
Requirements
- BSc/BA/Master degree in business administration, sales or relevant fields;
- Minimum 10 years working experience in sales and BD roles with strong B2B business partners management skills.
- Previous sales or business development experience in B2B market vertical working through partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Market knowledge, preferably in B2B distribution, access security in infrastructure related industries.
- Strong people and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapports and a team player with Company staff and management team.

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails or chat depending the LOB igloohome assigns
- Handle customer complaints, provide accurate, valid and complete resolution within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
- Take the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents on igloohome-approved platforms;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
